Three kinds of property, three ways we work

What a homeowner needs from us is not what a commercial site needs, and neither is what a working ranch needs. Pick the one that fits your property.

Residential

Residential

Landscape construction, start to finish

On residential property we are a design-build firm: we draw the plan, we build it, and we hand over a finished landscape. Hardscape, outdoor kitchens, drainage and lighting — the permanent work that changes what a property is.

The person who draws your plan is the person who walks the site with the build crew, so nothing gets lost between a designer and a contractor.

Landscape Design / Build

A measured survey first — grade, drainage, sun, soil, sight lines — then a plan you can build in one season or phase over five.

  • Site Survey and Grade Assessment
  • Concept Plan, Planting Palette, Materials
  • 3D Visualisation for Terraces and Structures
  • Phased Budgets so the Plan Can Be Built Over Time

Landscape Construction

The build itself. Same crew from the first machine on site to the last plant in the ground, and a supervisor who owns the schedule.

  • Grading, Bed Construction and Soil Preparation
  • Tree, Shrub and Perennial Installation
  • Sod Installation and Lawn Establishment
  • Mulch, Edging and Bed Definition

Hardscape

The part of a landscape that either lasts thirty years or fails in three. We excavate to depth, compact in lifts, and build walls to engineered spec.

  • Natural Stone and Paver Patios and Walkways
  • Segmental and Dry-Stack Retaining Walls
  • Steps, Seat Walls, Pillars and Columns
  • Fire Pits and Fireplaces

Outdoor Kitchens

Built in masonry rather than bolted together from a flat pack, with the gas, water and power run before the stone goes on.

  • Masonry Counters, Islands and Bar Seating
  • Grill, Cooktop and Refrigeration Surrounds
  • Gas, Water and Electrical Rough-In
  • Stone, Tile and Finished Countertop Work

Drainage Solutions

Most landscape failures are water problems wearing a costume. We fix the water first, then build on top of it.

  • French Drains and Subsurface Drainage
  • Dry Creek Beds and Surface Water Routing
  • Regrading and Erosion Control
  • Downspout and Foundation Drainage Correction

Lighting

Installed with the build, while the trenches are already open — not retrofitted through a finished terrace two years later.

  • Low-Voltage Path and Garden Lighting
  • Feature, Step and Facade Lighting
  • Transformer Sizing and Zone Layout
  • Sleeving and Conduit Set During Construction

Flowerbed Maintenance Program

Beds are where a landscape shows its age first. This keeps the planting we installed looking the way it did on handover — beds only, on a schedule.

  • Scheduled Weeding and Bed Cultivation
  • Seasonal Mulch Refresh and Re-Edging
  • Shrub and Ornamental Pruning on a Calendar
  • Plant Health Checks and Replacements

One thing we do not do: residential mowing. We are not a lawn service and we do not run weekly cutting routes on private homes. Our residential maintenance offering is the flowerbed program above — beds, not turf. If you need someone to keep the grass cut, ask and we will point you to crews we trust.
